The Montclair Housing Authority is a dynamic organization that is committed to assisting in providing the best quality of life for the residents of Montclair who need assistance with housing. Through responsible leadership, teamwork, and collaboration our charge is to be the catalyst for positive change and revitalization in our community. Our dedicated staff will always assist our Program Participants to meet the challenges of the ever-changing world in which we live. We are committed to serving our community’s housing needs by providing resources that will allow for individuals to obtain housing that is affordable and safe in a neighborhood that is attractive, clean and well maintained. Our interaction with residents shall always demonstrate courtesy and respect. We will work with government and community resources as well as partnering with local entities to provide families with opportunities for secure, safe and affordable housing opportunities within the Township of Montclair.
